Registration Guidelines

 

  • - Registration is required for all participants of CCCIS 2026.
  • - For participants with submissions, please make the registration after the submissions are accepted by the conference after review.
  • One regular paper registration covers one 5-page paper, including all figures, tables, and references. Additional pages will cost extra fees.
  • - If the participants have companions with them to the conference, the companions could register at Companion rate.
    - Registrants from Multimedia University enjoy special registration fee discount.

  1. Registration is required for all participants of CCCIS 2026. Please register as per the following categories:

    Delegates: only attend conference, neither publishing paper nor presenting.

 

  4. PAYMENT METHOD

    - Online credit card/wire transfer are all acceptable.
    - Participants Registration: Please email Payment Order ID & Payment Emailto cccis_general@outlook.com


    ACCOMMODATION

    - Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the participants need reserve rooms themselves, we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. The conference staff won't require your personal card information for booking service. Please don't trust anyone.

     

    REFUND POLICY

    - If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
    * 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
    * 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
    * Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
